As such, we are looking for a very special person to join our team as a Sales and Project Co-ordinator - a brand new role in our company!
About the Role
This role sits at the heart of our client and project delivery pipeline. You’ll provide essential support to both the sales and project management teams - helping us to keep opportunities moving, projects on track, and clients feeling supported every step of the way.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Account managing our smaller clients.
- Project managing mini projects.
- Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Assisting with proposals, sales materials, and tender responses.
- Tracking opportunities and updating our CRM and project management tools.
- Supporting client communications and ensuring follow-ups happen on time.
- Helping the wider team deliver seamless, consistent service to our clients.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and great with people. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or client service (agency experience a bonus but not essential).
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- A strong level of comfort and confidence in digital technology and tools including CRM's, project management systems, Office/Google suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- A genuine hunger and ambition to succeed
